The data controller is Unicorndev Investments SRL, registered in Romania. This policy describes how Unicorndev processes personal data when customers and users access VIPms.

2. Categories of Data Processed

VIPms may process the following categories of personal data:

• User identification (name, email, role)
• Authentication data
• Activity logs
• Documents or metadata uploaded by the customer

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed for:

• Providing access to the Service
• Managing user accounts and permissions
• Securing and maintaining the platform
• Improving performance and reliability
• Fulfilling legal obligations

No data is used for advertising.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: performance of the contract, legitimate interest in ensuring service security, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Data Storage and Transfers

Data is stored on secure servers within the EU or in equivalent jurisdictions ensuring appropriate protection. Transfers outside the EU, if required, will follow applicable safeguards.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the contract. Upon termination, data is deleted or returned to the customer after a retention period defined contractually.

7. Security

Unicorndev implements bank-grade security measures including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 compliance, AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, multi-factor authentication, and comprehensive audit logging.

8. Data Subject Rights

Users may request: access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. Requests must be directed to privacy@unicorndev.eu.

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VIPms software-as-a-service ("Service"), provided by Unicorndev Investments SRL, a Romanian company. VIPms allows businesses to store financial documents, manage approval workflows, and centralize internal financial records.

2. Access to the Service

Access to VIPms is granted exclusively to business customers and their authorized users. Each customer is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of user credentials
• Ensuring data accuracy
• Managing internal permissions and authorizations

3. Service Availability

VIPms is provided as a cloud-based service. Unicorndev aims to ensure reasonable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Customer Data

The customer remains the sole owner of all documents and data uploaded to VIPms. Unicorndev only processes such data to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

5. Security

Unicorndev implements bank-grade security measures compliant with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 standards to protect customer data.

6. Fees and Payment

VIPms is provided on a subscription or enterprise contract basis. Fees: Starter (€29/mo), Professional (€59/mo), Enterprise (€199/mo).

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Service remain the exclusive property of Unicorndev Investments SRL.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Direct liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the previous 12 months.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
